The rules and guidelines for using Remora.

By creating an account or using Remora ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Remora is a web-based options screening, portfolio tracking, and analytics platform. The Service provides tools for discovering, analyzing, and tracking options trades. It is not a brokerage, does not execute trades, and does not provide personalized investment advice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial expires, access to screening and portfolio features is restricted until you subscribe.
The Pro plan is billed monthly at $199/month. Billing is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
API keys are available to Pro subscribers for programmatic access via the MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration. API keys are personal and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are abused or shared.

Options data, prices, Greeks, and analytics provided by the Service are sourced from third-party providers and are intended for informational purposes only. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market data.
Remora is a research and screening tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation of any kind. Options involve significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
The Service includes AI-powered features, including but not limited to the Remora AI assistant, MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools, and automated screening suggestions (collectively, "AI Features"). AI Features are powered by third-party large language models and are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses based on information obtained through the platform. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
