Remora runs as an MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code can use it directly.

If a connection fails, email us the client you were using and whatever error it showed.
Adding the connector once does not switch it on inside a conversation. In ChatGPT, open the + (tools) menu in the chat and turn Remora on. In Claude, open the + menu → Connectors and do the same. It is per chat, so a new conversation may need it again.
That message means the connection itself is working and the plan the account is on does not include access for AI clients. The plans page lists what each plan includes. An expired trial gives the same message, because that access ends with the trial.
The sign-in happens on heyremora.com, in whichever browser opened that window. Sign in to heyremora.com in the same browser, then start the connection again from your AI client. A private window, a second browser or a different browser profile is the usual cause.
Open Account → Connected AI apps and remove the connection there. The AI client keeps its own entry until you delete it on that side too, but once removed here it can no longer read anything.
The number in the first message is how many tool calls your plan allows in one minute — 500 during the trial and on Professional, 750 on Ultimate. The window is a single rolling minute, so waiting a minute clears it.
The second message is a separate cap of four tool calls running at the same time for one account. It clears as soon as the running calls finish, and asking for one thing at a time avoids it.
